The rooms were great. i especially enjoyed the rooftop room with its private pool. the staff at the hotel were very friendly. They helped me with anything i needed.
the floors in the rooms seemed quite dirty. i noticed this especially when taking off my shoes. i think they sweep and mop, but this isn't fully effective. the kitchen in my room didn't have many plates.

The breakfast offered many choices. I found the staff at the door very kind! They had scooter parking available! I got some nice recommendations for tailors and activities.

the staff were accommodating i was given a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful double room it included a pool view and super clean conditions the breakfast buffet presented numerous selections. i also appreciated the hotel preparing a breakfast bag when i had an early departure at 4:30 am.
the hotel's location is a bit removed from the ancient town. however the hotel offers shuttle services twice a day. alternative options included inexpensive grab services.

the double room provided a comfortable arrangement the sheets felt smooth the pillows were supportive the bathroom featured a bath offering a relaxing option.

ms van and ms lucie were notably helpful they ensured laundry was completed quickly i was able to keep my luggage at the hotel and use the pool on my last day due to a late flight.

I appreciated the great breakfast. Solid choices were available! I also enjoyed the pool. Pool towels were readily available. The bathroom included a bath. The room was spacious.
The floors in the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed some dirt on my feet when walking without shoes.
