i loved the service and the friendly people who work here. the breakfast had lots of choices i enjoyed trying different dishes each morning the gardens are gorgeous and well cared for the pool area is super relaxing.
the air conditioning cut out every time i left my room it took a bit to cool down when i returned

the gardens were attractive , and the pools seemed well kept.
The breakfast service disappointed me . The staff was overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with guest demands , it made for a less than relaxing start to the day.

i loved the location it was near the old town only a short drive away. the breakfast was really good too i especially liked the options available. there was lots of space for me to relax walk around and take great photos the whole place was so scenic.
the amenities were a little basic for what i expected like lotion and conditioner. i also thought they could have provided more tea bags sugar and milk. the biggest issue was no iron i needed to iron my clothes but could only do it by paying for their service

the resort had beautiful gardens and a well maintained pool area. the breakfast buffet was extensive and catered to various tastes. i particularly enjoyed the vietnamese coffee available each morning. the silk village tour was fascinating. i recommend it.
i noticed the air conditioner cut out whenever i left my room. it then took about fifteen minutes for the room to become comfortable again. this was slightly inconvenient.
