friendly staff excellent service clean bathroom stained sheet long walk average breakfast

The staff were super friendly! They helped me book tickets for the Bamboo circus. The spa treatments were well priced, and the service was excellent! The room had a big shower and a clean bathroom.

The sheet had a stain! It was a 2 km walk to the old town. Many Grab drivers did not want to turn in, so I walked out to the main road to get a taxi. The breakfast was average

I stayed in a beautiful room river view. the riverside location provided a serene setting! i liked the helpful front desk staff though, they were always ready to assist with tours and local attractions. the spa treatments were relaxing. The therapists were skilled.

outdated equipment limited breakfast

the staff were helpful in organizing transportation options.

the gym was small with outdated equipment i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber furthermore the breakfast lacked variety and the quality of food was disappointing it felt quite limiting especially with the oily fried items.
