I found the staff to be very cute. The breakfast was lovely, with a large variety of choices. Its location makes it easy to reach the city center by foot. I also appreciated the ability to leave my bags at the hotel following checkout.
I thought the spa should be included at no extra charge. Accessing the spa required an additional payment. I consider this inclusion necessary for the high price.

The hotel provides simple access to public transport. The tram stop is nearby, which makes travel easy. the walking distance to the old town is minimal, so reaching local attractions proves to be efficient.

The included breakfast featured a large buffet with fresh options. i especially liked the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The food was amazing!!! the room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary beverages, a lovely touch.
I had to wait a few minutes to use them during peak times.

the breakfast was amazing, with a wide array of options. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff were always ready to assist with any requests, and this was really appreciated.
my room was not as quiet as i would have liked. i could hear some street noise at night. the spa treatments required an extra fee, and i found this a little disappointing. apply, twice.
