stained bath towelcracked sink
the bathroom was small it did not have a shower curtain i noticed stains on the bath. the shower head wouldn't stay up the sink tap cover was missing. also the sink was cracked i received a stained bath towel and the linen had holes in it. lots of switches controlled an extractor fan and toilet light but neither worked and the entrance light also didn't work

BREAKFAST had MANY options. The room HAD a refrigerator, a mini bar, a hairdryer, a kettle, towels, and cups. HOT water was available in the bathroom. FREE water, coffee, and tea were always available at reception.

OUR double room had a nice balcony. The room included a refrigerator, mini bar service, hair dryer, kettle, towels, glasses and cups. The bathroom was super clean with hot water AVAILABLE.

THE staff was very helpful and cute. They replied to EVERY message i sent before i arrive. The reception operates ALL day.

THE hotel location is fantastic. Many attractions are within walking distance, public transportation is a five minute walk. It is also on a QUIET street, so sleep is easy.
