a decent stay downtown

great location easy access scratchy linen dirty tissues

the location is really good i booked it because it was close to everything. it was easy to get to from the station by bus and close to the park memorial.

the linen was scratchy i did not like that. we stayed on the fourteenth floor and there were dirty tissues by the elevator i saw them the whole time.

The hotel is conveniently located near many dining options.

The bedding was not ideal. The duvet kept shifting and bunching up during the night. It was quite distracting and resulted in a restless sleep! Seriously?!

great location large bathroom dirty tissues scratchy linen

the location was great. it was close to streetcars and the train station. the room and the bathroom were large (i appreciated the separate shower and bath area).

i stayed on the 14th floor. i noticed dirty tissues by the elevator upon arrival. these remained there throughout our entire stay and the linen was scratchy.

Really good Hotel Experience!

The location blew me away. It is super close to all the attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious! The bathroom had some nice features. I loved the bath salts!

The hotel did not give me a glass when I requested it! They also didn't provide a kettle for heating water, so I was not able to enjoy hot beverages in my room. No free mineral water was available.
