the location is really good. it's super close to public transport and there's a 7-eleven nearby which is handy. the staff were very nice. it was nice to have such friendly service.

The location was ideal. It was a very short walk from the station. the room was spacious and had a fine view across to the mountains. the shower was the best i experienced during my travels. It was so refreshing. the massage chair in the room relieved muscle stress after long days.

The staff's service felt a bit impersonal at times. I would have loved a warmer touch.
