San Luis Bay Inn offers spacious studio suites, each providing a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The air-conditioned suites also feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea and coffee maker, a seating area, and a safe deposit box. Select rooms provide a kitchen. The inside of the elevator has glass on the back panel.
Leisure Facilities
Guests can use the pool open from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm every day and is heated to 81 degrees year round. The hot tub is open the same hours as the pool and is heated to 103 degrees year round. Laundry facilities and a gym are available. Guests can use three tennis courts, two pickle ball courts and a half basketball court. The courts are located down the hill next to the golf course. Guests have an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as scuba diving and other activities like golfing.
Dining and Snacks
While onsite restaurants are not available, vending machines offer drinks and snacks. Each kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, four burner stove top, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dinner ware and glasses for four to eight people (depending on the unit size).

Located in Avila Beach, San Luis Bay Inn overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Nearby landmarks include Avila Gallery (0.5 km), Avila Beach (0.3 km), and Avila Valley Barn (3 km). San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport is 15 km away. The San Luis Obispo famous Thursday night Farmers' Market is where you will find fresh flowers, local fruits, vegetables, specialties of the local restaurants & live entertainment. San Luis Bay Inn by Diamond Resorts is located in a walkable area with good shopping.
