Dining options
Alisal Ranch prepares food using produce from Tutti Frutti, Roblar, Folded Hills, and Jiminez Family Farm. The Ranch Room and Creekside serve breakfast from 7am to 11am and dinner from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Guests order from a breakfast menu featuring seasonal fresh fruit, fresh-baked pastries, eggs, bacon, and sausage. The Ranch Course Grill & Golf Lounge has views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and River. The Waggin' Tongue Bar offers local wines and beers from 11am to 4pm. The Oak Room has a full bar with local beers and wines.
Leisure and Entertainment
Alisal Ranch provides activities such as horseback riding on 50 miles of trails, fishing in a spring-fed lake, and hiking through Deer Canyon on 10,500 acres. There is a spring-fed, 100-acre lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, air rifle, archery, and picnics. Guests can visit the Fitness Center (open 6am - 7pm) which includes treadmills, ellipticals, cycles, resistance machines, Peloton equipment, and free weights. The spa (open 9am - 5pm) offers treatments utilizing products with scents extracted from aromatic plants native to Alisal Ranch, such as sage, rose, and fresh grass.
Location and Access
Alisal Ranch is 15 km from Presidente Itamar Franco and 30 minutes north of Santa Barbara. The property has easy access to more than 120 vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley and the village of Solvang, 3.5 km away, which features Danish architecture.

Alisal Ranch provides concierge services to register guests for activities and secure tee times. Three accessible ADA guest studio rooms have roll-in showers and roll-under sinks. One ADA guest suite features a roll-in shower and visual (strobe light) alarms.
