vibrant personality food platter

dalton checked us in and handled everything for our family quickly. cecilia at the executive lounge was so cheerful. the food platters were amazing!!! there were many choices for canapés and drinks.

hallway noise was noticeable, especially footsteps outside our room.

the breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!). the room was spacious and clean. the hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal 3.

starting from check-in, i saw no staff members in the lobby to lead me to the actual reception. i requested an additional bag of welcome amenity cookies and karl replied i could only have one amenity. they didn't even offer a price to pay for an additional one, just refused to send extra cookies to my second room.

The location is convenient to a shopping mall. It includes many restaurants and a resort. I found the location across from terminal 3 to be very useful! The reception was quick. Hallways are wide. They are also very clean.

The room service meal was not good. The portion sizes were small! I thought it had zero flavor. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between cold and hot. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had one of the worst sleeps ever.
