the location was good for getting around the area.

The air conditioning was quite noisy, a real disturbance. the room itself felt outdated and not as clean as i'd expect. the tv reception was poor too. It made relaxing in the room difficult. the furniture seemed old and worn.

The location allowed easy access to nearby shops. The staff are friendly. Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness in my room and the shared areas. I appreciated the inclusion of slippers, local touch.

The television remote had limited functionality.

Really good Value and Prime Location!

The hotel is close to the airport, a huge plus! My room had many international sockets, very convenient. The mini fridge was great for storing my snacks. Plus, my room was very clean and neat. The team was friendly and helpful .

The sink faucet switch was a bit loose in my room.

i got an upgrade to the superior room! it was clean, and the wifi worked fast in that area. the location is convenient for getting to the airport. also, the staff was generally helpful .

The check-in process was a bit slow, and there seemed to be some confusion with the bookings. It took a while to sort everything out. this caused an unnecessary delay, which wasn't ideal after a long journey

The staff were friendly. I found the location accessible.

The room I was assigned was really small and had old furniture. The air conditioning was excessively loud. I called the lobby three times but received no answer so I went there to ask for help with the AC and a blanket but no one came.

the location is great near a minimart this was really convenient for quick needs. the lobby consistently smelled fresh a cute touch. the proximity to transportation made getting around simple. the staff was always nice.

the hotel had really kind staff. the location was great , with many food options nearby.

the room i stayed in had a faucet switch that was loose. also , the phone in the room did not work , as it lacked a cord to connect it.
