The Highbrook Motel features Standard Rooms in the First Building, with large picture windows, whitewash oak furniture, and two upholstered arm chairs, each including one king size bed. Deluxe Rooms are located in the Second Building and are 338 square feet, with larger bathrooms, a vanity inside the bathroom, and an extra vanity and dressing area outside. Comfortable wing back chairs and Serta mattresses are included. Mini-Suites offer a bathroom and dressing area similar to Deluxe Rooms, plus a sitting area divided from the bedroom by a half wall. Each mini-suite has one king size bed.

A complimentary continental breakfast is delivered each morning between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. Acadia National Park offers hiking trails, including the Great Head Trail (1.4 miles), the Ocean Path (over two miles), and the South Ridge Trail of Cadillac Mountain (7 miles).
