i loved the perfect room layout with the cozy balcony and the awesome view of the city and beach! the location was amazing with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the friendly staff were always ready to help , and the breakfast choices were abundant.

i noticed a few ladies' hairs on the floor, a cockroach outside my room door, and the lift seemed a bit grimy , so cleanliness could be improved.

i found that soundproofing could be improved in the rooms. noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally noticeable.

the location suited my needs perfectly the lobby impressed me with its grand décor and i found the staff to be friendly and polite the swimming pool was always clean and well-kept i plan to return and stay again.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway near my room it was minor but worth noting for upkeep.
