Acqua Hotel, a four stars standardized hotel, consists of West and East Buildings with Loft interior design. There are 114 rooms across five types: Superior, Deluxe, Exclusive Deluxe, Junior Suite, and 2 Bedrooms Family Suite. All rooms include air conditioning, a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Some units also boast a balcony with city views. Bathrooms offer a shower with hot and cold water. Certain rooms feature a rooftop pool. Specific room features include one double or twin bed in Superior rooms; a double bed with separate shower and bathtub in Deluxe rooms; and a king-sized bed in Exclusive Deluxe rooms. The Junior Suite includes a living room with dining area, a computer set with internet access, a working desk and chair, and a private balcony. 2 Bedrooms Family Suites are also available.

Atlantis Bar & Bistro, located on the first floor of the West Building, serves a daily breakfast with international cuisine from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. ARPO Sky Lounge, located on the rooftop of the East Building, overlooks Pattaya city and is open from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The Rooftop Pool Bar combines creative cuisine and sunset views and is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The hotel's restaurant offers lunch and dinner. Room service is available from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
