really good stay NEAR the ruins

The receptionists gave great help . I really appreciated them calling a taxi for me early one morning. The terrace had a great view to relax. It really created a nice atmosphere to enjoy the evenings.

The shower setup needs improvements as the design allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor each time i used it.

The location is very perfect. I am across the road from the Herculaneum site, a treasure. Staff are friendly. They are helpful beyond expectations. The balcony had a lovely view. I spent evenings there with a refreshing beverage. Breakfast included basic Italian-style choices. It filled me up for a day of exploration.

I noticed the decor is very dated. The room did not entirely look like the images. There was no heating in my room and the weather was cold. I did request an additional blanket because of this. I found a stained seat covering, which I disliked.

Convenient location for Herculaneum

perfect location friendly staff

The hotel is located right across from the Herculaneum archaeological site entrance. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the train station. The staff members were very friendly. The room was very clean.

The decor seemed outdated. The room I stayed in did not entirely match the photos online. I had to request an additional blanket because there was no heating in the room and the weather was cold.
