Very nice Experience

convenient communication amazing location fantastic balloon

i stayed for several days at this hotel, AND i must say, the staff were really nice. they helped me arrange a fantastic hot air balloon ride. Communication through WhatsApp was VERY convenient, I received quick responses to all my questions. The location IS amazing, with cafes and restaurants close by.

The dinner menu offered few options with no seafood. This WAS disappointing.

breakfast changes slightly everyday, so guests can try a variety of food. Dinner is served at the hotel's restaurant, THAT offered amazing pigeon valley views. The breakfast included fresh food presented very well.

my room included bathroom supplies, a water kettle, and a hairdryer. The rooms are very clean and spacious, each including a jacuzzi. The cave room was nice and had a spa bath inside.

the hotel is in a great location near the castle. This provided easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. The hotel's location offers AMAZING views right from the hotel, watching the balloons was magical.

The room was exactly like the pictures. It was very nice. i appreciated that the staff checked us in early since we arrived before the scheduled check-in time. breakfast was also really pleasant. There was a great selection.

I noticed some dust in the room. I think the ceiling might not be completely settled yet.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

helpful staff clean room relaxing bath

The staff was super helpful, especially Mustafa and Ilker. They catered to every need. The room was very good and clean. Watching the balloons from the terrace at 6:30 A.M. with coffee prepared by Ilker was GREAT!!! I found the spa bath in the room especially relaxing. Breakfast was also fantastic and set me up for the day.

I noticed that the room service menu was not in English, and I found this inconvenient for ordering.

Breakfast was a classic Turkish Kahvaltı Tabağı. It was hearty and fresh. The presentation was beautiful, and the rich flavors stood out. The restaurant had a loveliest waiter. They were very kind and accommodating at all times. I really enjoyed this experience.
