attentive staff astonishing terrace view used towel early noise

The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I found the terrace view astonishing, especially when the balloons filled the sky during their morning ascent (it was quite a sight!).

The pool area could have been cleaner as I noticed used towels remained for a while. The noise from other guests early in the morning was a disturbance, especially around 5 AM as they prepared for balloon flights.
