the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to nearby cafes. the free parking at the rear was also a big plus for me. it made everything much simpler.

there wasn't any reception. i had to phone someone to get in and find out my room. i had to drag my suitcase up all those stairs because of my arthritis!!!

The location was ideal for quick trips to the seafront. My young son and I enjoyed easy access. The staff were attentive and helpful. I also appreciated the call from the head office. They wanted to ensure we were satisfied with everything.

The front and cute area could use some redecoration and better signs.

The room was basic but clean and had everything needed for my stay. Beds were comfy. The hotel is opposite the pier. A short Uber ride takes you to Fantasy Island.

There was plenty of coffee milk and sugar available in the room. I found this very convenient for a quick beverage. A kit kat was a nice touch upon arrival. Unfortunately there were no teabags though.

The staff member was attentive and helpful . The head office called to check on my satisfaction. I appreciated this level of care. It ensured a pleasant experience at the hotel.
