The staff was very kind. They helped us call our next hotel and were willing to translate. Rooms were clean and spacious. GREAT water pressure in the shower, with big fluffy bath towels.
The coffee machine didn't work for the duration of our stay. There was no milk or coffee. The pineapple juice had turned on our third day, the melon had turned by our final day, and they ran out of simple things like cheese.

The location was central. It was easy to reach city sites. the staff was helpful. i also liked the rooftop balcony. It had a superb view.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
small roomrude barman
The room I was assigned was not ideal. The dimensions felt cramped and the location directly at the entrance created a sense of vulnerability. The double doors opened to an unkempt climbing plant I could not see through. Many insects flew around it. I also had some issues with the rooftop bar service. The barman was initially rude and questioned whether I had been served there at all.
