the staff provided extra pillows promptly upon my request. the hotel's location suited my needs quite well. i found good access to the hotel via a key fob after hours. common areas were also clean and well maintained.

the tea and coffee shelf was slightly unstable, presenting a minor inconvenience.

Cozy stay with friendly service!

The staff member was SUPER helpful. She turned the heating on before we arrived because the temperature dropped. The room matched the pictures and was clean. It was comfortable and perfect. I heard nothing from the restaurant or bar, and I stayed on a saturday night.

The room was small, the facilities were quite basic. The bar closed before 9pm on a friday evening, even though the sign said it was open until 11. I had nowhere to get a drink.

dirty stairs defective heater

The stairs certainly saw better days. They were quite dirty. i also found the main road noise rather intrusive. the bathroom heater was defective. It offered no warmth at all. i suppose i expected better climate control.

helpful staff modern room easy access clean area

Ashley promptly changed my room after I reported a non-functional shower in the first one she is a great staff member. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The hotel had easy access with a key fob for after hours I found this very convenient. Common areas were clean and well maintained.

I noticed a slight issue there was no hot water at the sink it was a minor inconvenience.

The parking area seemed a good size it made arrival easy. Access to rooms was convenient via a back door streamlining entry and exit. I found the availability of tea and coffee in the room a plus.

The room was spacious it provided ample space for luggage and movement. The bed was comfortable it ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom was clean it had plenty of towels provided for use .

The staff were friendly and helpful they quickly addressed any queries. The reception was easily accessible and clearly marked for assistance. One staff member turned on the heating before arrival because the temperature had dropped showing attention to guest comfort.
