the location was really convenient , with easy access to public transport. the suite had two tvs. the minibar was also a great amenity , i found it very useful .
i found that the air conditioner wasn't working as expected. it was quite warm , but i was told that the air conditioning is off during the winter months. the shower's water temperature kept changing. also , the lights in the corridor were off when i returned to my room at 10pm , i had to use my phone to find my way.

the location was acceptable with restaurants nearby.
the room wasn't clean, i noticed dust on the tables in the bathroom. the air conditioning didn't work well. it was hard to communicate with the cleaning staff because they did not speak english.

Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Davide at reception. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked that the bedroom had a separate door to the lounge (it reminded me of a real suite!). I found the location very central.
The soap provided was not of good quality, and the room lacked a bathrobe and slippers. I also noticed that the hallway upstairs needed better cleaning, and the pillows felt uncomfortable.
