I LOVE the hotel staff SO much. The happy hour at the pool bar was GREAT, it had VERY good prices. I found sunbeds without difficulty EVERY day, that was NICE.

I had some problems with cleanliness in public areas LIKE the breakfast room. The bedroom linen seemed OLD to me, and also the towels.

Solid Stay for Families

amazing lifeguard helpful staff friendly entertainer polite bar staff

The lifeguard, David, was amazing. He helped everyone and spent time with the kids. Fabian, the entertainer, was also great with both children and adults. He always took time to connect with everyone. Amed, the bar staff, was polite, and nothing was too much trouble for him. I really appreciate this hotel for employing such awesome people.

I did find the pillows to be a little too soft, but i got used to them after the first night.

Breakfast featured a good spread. It was nice and varied. There were different shows that were good, like Elvis and Michael Jackson tributes. Staff provided free detox water at reception. It felt refreshing on a hot day.

convenient location pool activities

the staff was amazing and super helpful. the entertainment at the pool was fantastic with lots of activities during the day. i really enjoyed the gym aerobics. the hotel's location is convenient with easy access to transportation going to places like anfi del mar.

the hill back from the beach was a little tiring.

needed upgrade limescale problem

The location was good with easy access to the shopping center. It was a short walk. The staff was also friendly.

Our room was not the best. It definitely needed an upgrade. The shower doors didn't close properly, so water leaked, and there was A LOT of limescale. I was really disappointed.

Fantastic Stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is great. The shopping center is within a short walk. Rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly. The lifeguard, David, was very hard working. he always had a smile!

The kitchen equipment was very basic. There was not much in the way of utensils.

Superb Stay at a Fantastic Location!

This hotel is fabulous! The apartment had everything I needed, from UK TV channels to a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, and crockery. Bedding and fluffy white towels were changed daily, and the staff even arranged the children's teddies on the pillows. A modern hairdryer and effective air conditioning added to the comfort. Everything was immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The mini supermarket on the ground floor and a larger supermarket just a short walk away were very convenient. The reception staff were also great, arranged taxis within minutes when needed. I recommend this place for both couples and families. I will be back next year!

Parking was a bit challenging since the hotel is on a dead-end street with limited parking. Pool towels weren't provided. I had to purchase them.

The pool bar provided very good value and had nightly entertainment. It ended promptly at 11 pm. There is a mini supermarket on the ground floor plus a larger supermarket just a short walk away.

A laundry washing machine was available for 4 euros, very handy. The hotel also offers a kids club. Aqua aerobics was available daily. The lifeguard did their job well.

The receptionists got taxis within minutes when needed. All the staff were happy and helpful. I especially noted that the cleaning staff made up beds every day and changed towels daily.

The hotel is in a great location. Great shopping centers were not far from the apartments. It is a short stroll to the beach. The bus stop is a quick five-minute walk downhill.
