The rooms looked like the photos. That was fine, i guess.

I swear the boiler was broken. There was no hot water for showers most evenings. i complained to the staff, but they just offered another room to shower in. This was totally impractical, of course. they tried to offer all-inclusive for one day, but, really, that barely made up for the hassle and constant lukewarm showers. it was almost laughable.

The room showed some wear. I noticed missing baseboards and large gaps under the sliding door, allowing drafts and insects in (I had to block it with a towel). The shower was dangerously slippery. A grab bar is needed. The key card often failed to work, inconvenient. Having to walk to reception repeatedly was annoying.

i liked the very clean resort. the walkways, the restaurant, pools and rooms were always super clean. landscapers worked daily, cleaning and tidying up the greenery and gardens. no issues with cleanliness at all.

Our kids got sofa beds in the living room. only blankets, not actual duvets, were provided to put into the duvet covers. that did not feel like a four-star solution. the fridge in our room was broken. Several power outlets were too.
