Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The breakfast was quite repetitive. The same options was every day, so I found myself wanting more variety. the key system was really inconvenient. I had to leave my key at the front desk each time I left the room. This caused delays when the staff were busy with check-ins, and I just wanted to quickly get my key back.

the snow school and gear rentals are located very conveniently. i found all the staff to be nice and accommodating. equipment hire was easy on site. lessons and ski-in ski-out were fantastic.

rooms were very small i think. the refrigerator did not work very well. when i requested it be fixed or replaced, the response was nothing could be done.

the breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious. i saw it catered to american and european tastes. a nice mix of japanese cuisine was also available. it was a pleasant start to the day.
