The check-in instructions lacked completeness. The door code needed a "#" sign before and after the number, missing from the instructions. I had to wait for updated instructions.

Fantastic Apartment Stay!

The location was genuinely amazing.. tube access was super close! The apartment had shops nearby, great for quick needs. The air conditioning worked well when the weather turned warm. I also appreciated the green view from the balcony. It added value to my stay.
Pillows were awful, offering little support. There were no complimentary coffee pods for the machine and no milk sachets for the tea bags. These additions are small, yet they could greatly enhance the experience.

The apartment's location offered excellent access to central areas. The tube station sits at the end of the street. Shops and restaurants nearby added convenience for everyday needs. The South Bank is also about twenty minutes away.
