extra caredraining problem
the staff was EXTREMELY nice and treated us with extra care.
the room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. an air freshener was in the bathroom. the shower also was not draining properly.

The staff at the bar were friendly. Their attentive service greatly improved my evenings. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options. I especially liked the hilltop view from the breakfast area.
My room had a noticeable smell of humidity. This affected the comfort of my stay, and I found it unsettling. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed, so it blew straight onto my face, hard to use.

The hotel's guide to the area included many recommendations. It proved useful for exploring the surroundings. The staff were attentive and cleaned our sunglasses daily an amazing touch. The owner also chatted with guests to check satisfaction.
The bathroom in the room smelled. This was an ongoing issue because an air freshener was there. The shower did not drain properly though it wasn't a major problem. My dad had a different room and found the mattress uncomfortable preventing sleep.

i found the staff to be attentive, especially at the bar. they crafted delicious cocktails and were always quick with a smile. the breakfast included great options, i especially loved the fresh pancakes. the pools offered refreshing dips with fine views, perfect for relaxation. the sunbed areas were comfortable and well kept.
the open bathroom design, while unique, did lead to a few encounters with bugs.

my bungalow featured a unique outside bathroom. the pools and sunbed areas provided great relaxation options. the hotel upgraded me from a bungalow to a suite , and i found the suite very amazing.

i stayed in a bungalow with a comfortable bed and mosquito net i used whatsapp to arrange everything smoothly the staff was always eager to help. the hotel features a main pool with fine views and multiple pools overall. it was easy to go anywhere by grab. the hotel provides a white theme that is pleasing to the eye. the hotel owner took the time to meet the guests a personal touch i found nice. the outdoor bathroom provided a unique experience and the rooms were cleaned daily. the staff went beyond normal to ensure a great stay. i loved the various relaxation spots available in the grounds. the hilltop location created a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. the location has great views. staff were attentive and the breakfast was good. the general atmosphere was excellent. the rooms were well-kept and very clean. the pool areas were excellent too. i found the staff provided very warm and authentic hospitality. everyone i spoke with seemed happy to work there. staff answered quickly on the chat. the herb chicken sandwich was very tasty. the pools are nice and offer tropical vibes and no kids allowing a quiet ambiance.
