The breakfast had a great selection with lots of options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
The maintenance was not great. The bathroom door would not lock and barely closed. It swung open. There were no shelves in the bathroom, so i had to put my shampoo on the floor during my shower.

i found the staff lovely. the hotel was very clean, actually. air conditioning kept the room cool and that was a plus (very important for me!). the balcony was a nice addition, i enjoyed the outside space.
the location wasn't ideal. the hotel is a little way out of town. it needed a bus ride to get to the main attractions.

The staff offered really good service, they were always friendly and helpful. My room was well kept and very clean. The breakfast offered numerous choices and was delicious. The hotel provided convenient on-site parking, a valuable amenity.
I noticed that the pool was rather small. It tended to get crowded with children, made swimming difficult. I hope they can expand the pool area sometime.

The superior double room was spacious, with a large bathroom. A west-facing balcony offered ample space. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool. Daily cleaning maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The breakfast was really great. Our room was cleaned, and it had everything we needed for my stay. The front desk staff, especially Lorena and Mario, were super polite and helpful. Plus, the location is excellent and its close to the beach!
The pool is little small, but it works!

The hotel offered bike rentals, so we enjoyed a trip along the coast. The underground parking kept our rental car safe and secure, with a gate for entry and exit. A 24-hour receptionist was always available, so i felt safe.

The noise was bothersome. I could hear the TV from the adjacent room quite clearly, and sleep was difficult before they turned it off. the plumbing made an odd whining noise that lasted until around 01:00. The bathroom lacked practical shelving, meaning toiletries had to sit on the floor during showers.
