Fantastic Stay!

clean hotel quiet rooms helpful staff
I found the hotel clean. The rooms are quiet. This allowed for restful nights. The staff accommodated a zoom call. This was very helpful. I appreciate the excellent facilities, priced drinks, and readily available food throughout the day.
The parking can be a little tricky to navigate upon arrival.

The swimming pool is very clean and boasts more than enough sun loungers . Excellent air conditioning is available throughout the hotel and in each room. Guests have access to well kept facilities that include a gym and a business center.

breakfast chaos loud slamming
The breakfast service was disorganized. there was a shortage of glasses. Plates. And coffee cups. many food items ran out quickly. Like bread and fresh fruit. Requiring long waits. the doors lacked hydraulic pumps. these slammed shut loudly. Which disrupted sleep.

spacious room fabulous shower helpful staff
The room was very spacious. The fabulous shower was an unexpected bonus. The staff let us keep our room when we decided to extend our stay, great.
the hotel was a little out of the way. it IS a bit of a hassle.

I found the hotel spacious and thoughtfully designed. The layout allowed for a seamless flow from the lobby to the pool area. the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. a convenient bus stop outside offered easy access to the city. i also appreciated the large parking area. this.
the air conditioning wasn't working optimally, though it was a very minor inconvenience .

The free onsite parking was convenient for me. the bus stop outside the hotel provided easy access to the town center. This was really helpful (i didn't want to drive everywhere!).
