the hotel offered a nice blend of classic luxury and modern amenities. i had a room that overlooked the sea. it provided very nice views. the bathroom was renovated and nice.

i found there was no one circulating to take drink orders. it felt as though guests were left entirely to fend for themselves. i consider this disappointing. the grounds are gorgeous though the experience felt incomplete.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I saw an omelet bar. I also noticed fresh fruit. Our room had a nice view of the city. It was very clean. We were able to walk to places for food and shopping. This saved us from needing a rental car, though the taxis are good.

There was no one circulating to take drink orders. We reminded me of we were left to fend for ourselves. The setting is gorgeous. I think better service is needed. There are amazing grounds, though the staff were lacking.

the rooms were indeed spacious, with a really well appointed bathroom. i asked for a different room and i appreciate their quick response. i definitely needed a room looking over the sea. (it was unbelievably pretty!). it was just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the train station.

during my visit, i found that ordering drinks on the terrace could be a bit smoother, especially with a card machine available at the bar.

the beds were very comfy , and i found the full breakfast to be great. i had a beautiful view of mount vesuvius. the hotel is a short walk to all the great restaurants and shops.

there was no one taking drink orders. it felt as though guests were left entirely to fend for themselves. gorgeous grounds can only go so far , without proper service , the experience is incomplete.
