spacious room clean room gluten free run down flats tiny pool balcony washing
The room was spacious and clean. the hotel catered well for gluten free diets which i needed! complementary fizz was a lovely surprise. I didn't expect that!
the standard rooms seemed to face what i would call a ghetto. there were run down flats with washing hanging all over the balconies! the rooftop pool seemed tiny! it was nothing like the photos.

Mixed Feelings Regarding This Hotel
unacceptable noise stale pastries
The staff at the reception desk did provide some assistance. They managed to locate a taxi for transport to the train station.
The noise levels were unacceptable. Sounds from adjacent rooms traveled freely. Conversations and television shows penetrated the walls. I requested an upgrade to a quieter room but received no offer of assistance. The breakfast service proved lackluster. The pastries seemed stale on multiple occasions.

i appreciated the helpful staff at reception. they were always smiling it was nice. anna and gaetano at the bar provided excellent service.
