Solid Hotel Stay with a Few Hitches

The staff provided great customer service. The breakfast had a wide selection of items. The room had an very nice view (I really liked that!). I appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room.

The outdoor swimming pool was closed. I was charged extra for my family to use the indoor pool, located right next to the hammam. This was unexpected and inconvenient.

stained carpet intrusive staff

The indoor pool required an extra fee per hour. the carpet in my room was stained and old, not what i expect from a five-star hotel. on two occasions, staff knocked and opened the door almost instantly. This felt intrusive and disrespectful of my privacy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet included many options. The room had two views, one of the mountain and another of the beach.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the reception lobby or the lifts. This made it uncomfortably warm.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, yet a 30-minute walk takes you there. It sits close to the conference center. I chose it because it was so convenient. It makes this a suitable location for both business and leisure.

Sakina at the reception was friendly! She speaks English well. The breakfast staff, led by Amajad, welcomed guests. Ladies prepared tasty omelets at breakfast. The location provides easy beach access!

local specialties immaculate public areas poor description expensive add-on

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included many interesting local specialties and varied each day. I also found the public areas to be immaculate. The staff really kept up with maintenance there.

The hotel add-ons are not described properly. I found there was only one pool available for everyone and it was pretty cold. I learned the other pool requires a payment of 450 of local currency for an hour. It was not worth it.
