a romantic escape
convenient location delicious breakfast attentive staff
i found the location quite convenient to nearby attractions. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. the staff was very attentive and showed genuine care for my needs. the bathtub offered a fairytale experience.

comfy bed quality toiletries separate area
the room I had was a lovely junior suite. it had a separate living area and a very comfy bed. there was a coffee machine in the room, this added convenience. the bathroom was spacious and had quality toiletries.
the gym equipment appears slightly dated.

breakfast featured many choices and I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the restaurant offered wonderful views. the staff were very attentive during the breakfast service.

the front desk staff were very efficient. check-in was quick, I received my room key promptly. the housekeeping team was thorough, my room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

the hotel has a nice pool area and provided plenty of loungers. the business center has computers, I could use them. the hotel is connected to a mall, this provided easy access to shops.

faulty room reluctant receptionist
the location was good, near the train station.
The room was not great. The vent system didn't work at all so the room was very warm. the receptionist was reluctant to change my room and said they were sold out. What happened to their motto 'make it right'? eventually i got a room change after some insistence.

Great location with friendly staff
rainfall shower rich selection
I enjoyed the large bathroom . It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast had a rich selection. Finding Moroccan peanut butter with argan oil was awesome. The hotel provided good hospitality. The staff was service oriented.
