lovely hotel near the beach
excellent breakfast helpful staff clean rooms
i enjoyed my stay. the breakfast was excellent. i found the staff very helpful and polite. the rooms were clean.
the gym equipment was broken. both amt cardio machines didnt work. the stationary bike missed pieces.

sea view king size bed helpful staff dirty bathroom leaky showerhead poor wifi
the room had a sea view. it was a superior room with a king size bed. the staff were helpful and polite. the hotel is close to the beach.
the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. there was hair in the shower. the shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere. the wifi was not good.

diverse breakfast good furniture broken lock no air conditioning
the hotel's location worked well (close to many things). the breakfast was diverse. i found the room size to be very good. the furniture was also quite nice.
my air conditioning was not working in the room. also, the room door lock was broken. i reported this to the reception, but no one fixed it (i didn't feel safe at all).

excellent service fantastic job helpful staff
i was very grateful for the excellent service i received . the cleaning staff did a fantastic job maintaining the hotel's cleanliness. i appreciated the staff being so helpful and always ready to assist with any request. i had a perfect stay , thanks to the team.
