My visit began with a small issue because the air conditioning did not work correctly. I asked someone in housekeeping for assistance, they tried to solve it. After that I went to reception and spoke to a receptionist. They were understaffed but they managed to find a solution immediately. The photos online do not do justice to the hotel room, the room was spacious.
The reservation was not in the system when I arrived. I had to wait because the staff didn't know what to do. They gave us a 'leftover' room in the end.

Breakfast was great, with many choices available for us. Warm options included only three items. The breakfast had decent ingredients and a variety of options to choose from, especially including the fresh orange juice.

I found the room very clean with nice decor. The front desk staff was super friendly. They put in the extra effort for my honeymoon. i appreciate the luxurious beauty, from the rooms to the grounds.. it all felt comfortable and clean. i really liked the infused water in the lobby too
i found that at times the pool was too full, so getting sun loungers was difficult.

the heated outdoor pool and the heated indoor pool were a delight. i found the breakfast buffet to be larger than others i have experienced. it was captivating to watch hundreds of kites in the air each day as this area is known for wind surfing.
the room had an issue with noise from nearby services, which impacted the peace.

The staff offered very kind service and provided assistance efficiently. They was quite attentive and helpful when i required something. i encountered a smooth and quick check-in process upon arrival. the breakfast service was well organized with attentive staff.

The breakfast selection had so many options! I loved the pool area. It was nice and peaceful. The provided towels were a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the room's cleanliness and layout with a separate toilet area. The location proved convenient with a huge grocery store nearby.
The air conditioning system required me to close the bathroom door for it to function properly, a bit odd.

I found the staff quite accommodating and very polite. I really appreciated that. The hotel presented a very modern style. I stayed in the junior suite. Its size suited me well. The beds were very comfy there.
