Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

english-speaking staff luggage assistance

My experience wasn't entirely smooth, unfortunately. The lack of readily available English-speaking staff was a challenge. It seemed like my basic requests were difficult to understand, funny enough. I found it odd that they didn't offer assistance with my luggage upon departure. I had to manage it all myself while the staff just watched.

breakfast offerings city center large room

the breakfast offerings suited everyone. the hotel is near the city center, a convenient walk to the main streets (i liked that!). the metro is also easy to reach from here. the room was large, clean, and had everything i needed.

the air conditioning made the room a bit too warm, even when i opened the window.
