non-functional key card late check-in
the buffet had amazing food.
The key card did not work on the door lock upon late check-in, which caused a delay. it also did not work in the elevator. The card needed to be tapped before selecting a floor. i was not able to rest right away.

delicious food helpful staff spacious suite
the breakfast buffet included delicious food. the hotel Accommodated my last minute shuttle request to the pier. my two bedroom suite was very nice. a 7-Eleven near the hotel proved VERY useful. i liked that ayala mall was only a short walk away.
the gym equipment shows some wear.

breakfast had variety. the salad bar stood out, ESPECIALLY the puto and sikwate. the buffet offered a good selection, with both asian and european options available.

the staff was consistently helpful in every way. they Assisted in organizing a transfer, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient. i appreciated that they allowed me to pay in philippine currency.
