The rooms were clean , and the beds were comfortable.

I was disappointed to find the hotel charged extra for additional towels and toothbrushes , even though the room was booked for two adults and two kids. They only provided two of each , which seems a bit stingy. I thought that was a strange policy.

this was my second time in the philippines and i stayed for five nights. the staff, including arni, val, jeff, and mark, were great. i found the beds very comfortable and i liked the choice of tv shows.

i think that getting the 750ml of water provided per day for two people was quite hard work.

the beautiful room was spacious and clean. i noticed housekeeping did an excellent job, the room was well-kept daily. the room had modern decor.

the pool offered a unique view. staff were very friendly there. the location is handy, about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. i found this very convenient.

the food at the uma restaurant was great, i had dinner. i thought the prices were reasonable. the complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in my travels!!!

the front desk and porters were efficient, they helped quickly with check-in and check-out. staff were helpful with luggage, taxis, and questions. the service was perfect and warm.

the staff was very friendly. breakfast was delicious too. the room was spacious and clean.

i requested complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamers. i was told they don't offer those. the complimentary bottled water is only refillable. we receive just one bottle per day.
