amazing stay!
available staff superb view delicious meals fantastic space
the staff were always available and eager to assist. my room had a superb view of the sea. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the terrace was a fantastic space to relax. i found the hotel provided a very relaxing and nice experience.
the absence of an elevator did presented a minor inconvenience when i had to carry my luggage.

slightly underwhelming experience
steep hill bland food
The location was problematic. It was basically up a very steep hill. driving up and down those unpaved "parking lots" reminded me of an extreme sport. also, the breakfast wasn't good.

dirty floor water supply
The room was not very clean. My feet got dirty walking around barefoot. The bathroom was small and had water supply issues at certain times of the day. The towels were not changed daily (it turns out rooms are cleaned every three days). I also received a voucher for cheaper sunbeds at a beach far away. It was very difficult to find with poor instructions. (I should have just gone to Sarajet Beach Bar. It is much better).

clean room quality ingredients delicious breakfast water loss no compensation
the rooms were clean. they were also beautifully designed. every dish was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, i noticed. the breakfast was a real highlight with delicious traditional products.
our room experienced a complete loss of water supply one morning. i was surprised no compensation was offered. this impacted the view.

minimal variety inadequate soundproofing
The breakfast offered minimal variety. It certainly lacked options i found appealing. the room's soundproofing proved inadequate. noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway disrupted my sleep on more than one occasion? the steep, unpaved access road presented a driving challenge! especially with limited parking space availability
