Is the guest house located conveniently near the harbour and dining options, as my partner has difficulty walking long distances?

The guest house is approximately 500 meters from the seafront and another 800 meters along the promenade to the harbour, where numerous bars and restaurants can be found. Additionally, there is a bus stop about 45 meters uphill for easy access to the town center.
