Olancha RV Park & Motel provides guest rooms, suites, family rooms, and tipis. Accommodations feature travertine stone flooring and thick stone walls. Guest rooms, suites, and family rooms include a kitchen or kitchenette, air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV with premium channels, premium bedding with duvet/comforters, and a patio or deck with mountain views. Rooms provide Smart TVs with premium channels, heating/air conditioning or water coolers, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee pots with complementary coffee and tea, plus seasonal hot chocolate. The Handicap King has an added 2nd handicap bathroom. Tipis feature premium bedding with duvet/comforters, a ceiling fan, heating, and air conditioning.

Olancha Resort features Olancha Café, an on-site restaurant that offers organic cuisine with grass-fed buffalo and rib eye steak dinners, as well as plant-based and vegetarian options. Breakfast choices include cage-free eggs, country potatoes, country-fried steak, pancakes, or French toast with real maple syrup, and gluten-free options.
