i appreciated the super friendly staff. the room was clean, modern, and cosy. i found the shower amazing. the food downstairs and the pub service were also really good.
my room was very warm and close to the kitchen. i noticed a stale cooking smell, probably from the noisy extractor fan.

I found the staff to be amazing. Everyone. The room I stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean. I was very pleased with the level of care taken to maintain such a high standard of cleanliness.
The coffee and tea facilities were located in the corridor. I found this slightly inconvenient for making drinks in my room.

The location was convenient. The on-site parking was a plus, though the entrance could use better signage.
The room was quite warm and close to the kitchen, so I got a stale cooking smell. A noisy extractor fan probably caused it, though it did stop around 9:20 pm. I thought the place could have been cleaner. Some areas felt overlooked.
