Solid Choice for Theme Park Trips

The hotel offers a shuttle service to both Disney and Universal parks. Breakfast included a pancake machine and different options each day of my stay (five days total). Staff were friendly and quickly addressed all my needs. i would stay here again when visiting florida.

The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions like walt Disney, only 15 minutes away by car. Universal Studios is also easily accessible, about 25 minutes away by car, and alternative transport options are available.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they swiftly responded to every need I had . The breakfast crew kept the food well-stocked and the area clean (yineth's service stood out!).

a decidedly average stay

dirty floor poor housekeeping

The room wasn't great. Housekeeping did a pretty shoddy job. the floor was filthy. even after a supposedly 'clean' it was still grim. i had to ask for wash cloths. They just weren't replaced otherwise. i found that quite annoying.

the room was a king room sofa bed. the free shuttle to the parks was useful. it saved on parking costs. the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean.

the elevator experienced some delays during peak hours. this caused a wait of several minutes. i recommend the hotel address this promptly.

fresh fruit theme park shuttles bathroom door sound isolation

The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with options each morning. I especially liked the fresh fruit available. The free theme park shuttles were also beneficial.. They saved me the hassle of driving and parking.

The room's bathroom door did not close properly. the soundproofing was inadequate, so I heard a lot of noise from adjacent rooms.

Solid stay with theme park perks

I appreciated free parking. The complimentary theme park shuttle was a definite plus. Housekeeping came daily and replaced towels. I also used the vending machines for late-night snacks. The price was really affordable.

The breakfast area was sometimes crowded.
