convenient location great gym friendly staff
The hotel location is very convenient with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The gym was the best i've been to at a hotel. It had all the equipment i needed for a good workout. The staff were very nice and helpful right from check in to check out, i appreciated their friendly demeanor.
the bathroom did not have a fan, and water collected on the ceiling after showers.

mixed feelings about this hotel
dusty room elevator sound
the room i got was not great. it felt pretty dusty, and i definitely wouldn't say it was super clean. also, there was some weird noise, maybe the fridge was on the fritz. the elevator sound wasn't exactly soothing.

the hotel offers free water and ice daily. the location is very convenient, being adjacent to a large shopping mall. accessing the elevator required a key code adding a layer of security.
the shower head was faulty. there was mold present in the bathroom. i noticed a water leak on the bathroom floor.

convenient starbucks spacious room excellent staff
I always appreciate the convenience of chickfila and starbucks inside the hotel! i needed both . the spacious room had everything needed, including comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. the staff was kind and helpful. I really appreciate that.
I noticed one of the elevators was worn and needs maintenance. It's a minor inconvenience, but important to fix.
