Dining
Hamilton's Kitchen features a contemporary menu by Chef Stephen Doyle, Florida seasonal specialties, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine selection. The restaurant includes exposed beams, a farmer's table, and Dutch oak floors, as well as a private dining room for up to 24 guests. A light-filled lobby Café serves coffee, crepes and light bites, transitioning to beer and wine in the evenings. Brunch is served seven days a week. The Spa Café is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The Alfond Inn provides access to a spa with treatments and therapies. The spa opens onto an amenity deck featuring a second swimming pool, private cabanas, a neo-classical fountain, and a shaded canopy covering an outdoor living room.
