great layout nice amenities free shuttle helpful staff

the room layout was great and well maintained. the amenities were nice. this hotel is a close option to the universal parks. i found it super convenient to visit those parks. the free shuttle service to the parks was really appreciated. the staff was friendly and helpful .

the bathrooms were a bit small and inefficient. it's a minor detail, but worth mentioning for larger groups or families.

The front desk staff were consistently helpful. I received quick assistance with directions. The on-site mini-market was useful for late-night snacks. It provided convenient options. The included breakfast offered a good start to the day. I especially liked the variety.

The hallway leading to the pool had a slight musty scent.

The location is convenient. I used the scheduled shuttle and it provided easy transportation. Breakfast offered several choices (I especially liked the muffins).

The water fountains were not working on my floor.
