helpful staff close location

The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the Galata Tower. Many restaurants are very close to the hotel. The staff were helpful and assisted with everything. They even helped find a ferry to Bursa and tours.

The street where the hotel is located seemed like a slightly dirty backstreet.

great location iron availability nearby restaurant dirty street unclean room sauna-like temperature

the location was very close to the galata tower. lots of places were nearby for eating. the room had everything i needed, including an iron i requested.

The street where the hotel was is dirty. also the hotel room was not clean despite my request for cleaning. you cannot regulate the temperature in the rooms. It was as hot as a sauna so it was hard to sleep.
