good location public transportation early morning traffic difficult sleep

the hotel's location was acceptable as it was close to public transportation.

My room faced the street. Early morning traffic made it difficult to sleep. trucks loading goods started around 6 am. i found it really disruptive.

convenient location daily water varied breakfast helpful staff

I found the location to be very convenient. it was a short walk to the main bus stop and the tram station. the hotel provided us with enough water bottles daily. more upon request. breakfast options changed every day (a nice touch!). the room was clean and cozy. i appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage after checkout. sabahattin was very helpful. He knew the area well and gave us tips for getting around.

The hotel is near the tram. this provided easy access to many attractions. breakfast had diverse options each morning. I found this quite appealing.

the soundproofing was not ideal. i often heard street noises in my room, which could be disruptive.

inadequate room cleaning neglected areas

The room cleaning service fell short . Carpets were not vacuumed, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. It seemed the housekeeping staff focused on changing bed sheets and replacing soaps, BUT other areas were neglected!!!
