decent stay overall
smooth transfer ocean access limited variety spotty wi-fi
i was happy with the transfer arrangements. the hotel arranged a seaplane transfer from the airport to the resort and back and everything went smoothly. our water villa was quite nice. it had direct access to the ocean which i really liked.
the food variety was a bit limited at the main buffet. i found the same dishes being served repeatedly each day. the wi-fi connection was spotty. it was difficult to stream videos or make video calls.

I found a vibrant reef teeming with diverse marine life. Sharks and rays often graced my snorkeling excursions. The beaches were immaculate, kept pristine by attentive staff. I especially appreciated the villa's private access to this natural splendor. It was a magical experience.
The buggy service occasionally experienced delays during peak hours, requiring some patience.

a charming escape!
blue water lush vegetation caring staff
i was charmed by the unbelievably blue water and lush vegetation. the staff seemed quite caring about the plants. rooms were cleaned twice a day. the design and layout of the villas impressed me with its details!
this was not advised to me in advance, and it limited my enjoyment. it slightly disturbed the peace i hoped for, especially near the beach in front of our villa.

The island offers tremendous ocean views. the resort provides a beautiful territory with plenty of activities. the island is wonderful. You must try snorkelling. the reef is easily accessible from the beach.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They go beyond guest requirements and smile always. the buggy drivers were also very kind and helpful. They gave good recommendations. some provided clear explanations and remained helpful throughout the whole stay.

the room we were given had a amazing view. it was clean, spacious and bright. the villa included a comfortable bed, a great bathroom with an outdoor shower, and an easy access to the beach. wi-fi worked very well in the rooms!

I really liked the handling of the seaplane transfer. The lounge is very nice! the design of the villas also impressed me. wifi is fairly good as long as you are near a villa or a building. the beach on the poolside of the island is really nice.
The swimming pool is okay. It's good for kids but a little boring.

seamless transfer seaplane trip towel service gym equipment
i found the airport transfer seamless. the seaplane trip took about 40 minutes and i enjoyed the views. i liked the consistent towel service and the daily room cleaning. the gym equipment included treadmills and stationary bikes.
The wifi signal had some drops, but i could use my cellular data, so it was fine..

the overwater villa was very spacious. it featured direct access to the ocean, excellent. the room included a large private deck. this deck had comfortable loungers and an umbrella, and a small private pool made it even better!!!
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture, though it did not significantly impact my stay.
