This room also has a balcony, which enjoys both sun and shade due to the partial covered roof. Air conditioning is active from 17:30h until 10:30h the following morning during the hot summer months. The lively bar boasts a baby grand piano, available to local and passing pianists to entertain customers. You can enjoy a cold Spanish beer, a cool glass of cava, or a trendy Gin and Tonic from a growing range of gins. Their list of long cool summer drinks served in a mist of crushed ice starts from 7,50 euros. Drinks and nothing but drinks are served in great style after 7 pm. You may wish to enjoy one of the carefully prepared Mojitos, made with mint grown on the terrace, or the ever-popular Champagne cocktail. You may wish to even try a Dry Martini, shaken, not stirred. There is also a bar serving cocktails with classical music in the background.

Fowlers Hotel is located within a hamlet of cottages, terraced houses, and villas, 60 km from Palma de Mallorca. When you go past the La Ceiba Maria hotel on your left, you will see a supermarket called Mercadona on your right and cars parked behind a large green bin. The beach, Cala Petita, is reached by a short walk through a small square with a fig tree in the center, and a whitewashed church. You can also take a stroll down the lane at the back of the hotel, where you will find the endearing and colorful boat houses, which are probably some of the oldest buildings in Cala d'Or. Landmarks nearby include Cala Llonga (0.5 km), Playa Cala D'or (0.5 km), Marina de Cala d'Or (1.5 km), and Es Forti (0.5 km).
