generally good stay, some hiccups

breakfast selection easy check-in unclean carpet unclear shuttle
the breakfast selection had so many choices, i was super impressed. check-in was super easy, so i appreciated that quick process!
the hallway carpets seemed a bit unclean, honestly it made rolling my luggage difficult? the shuttle bus info wasn't clear on the website, it was a hassle figuring out the airport pick-up location!

I appreciated the free airport shuttles and the proximity to the airport itself. My room faced away from the water, but it still provided a fairly open view from the tenth floor. This hotel has facilities that one requires for an efficient stay.
The restaurant staff seemed unaware about common condiments like chili sauce, disappointing. the toilet paper supply in the room was quite minimal..

the breakfast buffet had a reasonable price and food was good. the free airport shuttle runs hourly. the shuttle to tung chung station runs every half hour.
there was no free water in the room, even to buy.
